If it doesn't fit the way it should, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery.

30-day window

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Email us with your order number and the items you're returning. We send a return waybill and arrange collection or locker drop-off.

Swapping a size or colour is free once per order. Tell us the size you need and we hold it for you while your parcel is on its way back.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days of the parcel reaching our warehouse.

For hygiene reasons, worn underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. Sale items marked final sale are not returnable.
